Obione is under the non disclosure law for the use of its applications for Android, owned and operated by Obione established in France at 239 Rue Fernand Léger 71000 Mâcon, registered at the trade register under number 508 328 275 00021.
Our apps use the following Google Android services:
To identify your data saved on our Cloud, we use the email address of the main account of your device. Your data remains confidential, secure and can not be used by a third party.
While no computer system is completely secure, we believe that the measures we have implemented reduce the risk of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
We do not undertake to collect the list of contacts, their connections to social networks or their telephone numbers, their electronic mail addresses or text.
Your personal data will not be communicated, sold, exchanged or transferred to third parties. You can request the deletion of this personal data by sending us only an email to contact@obione.fr or by writing to us at the postal address mentioned at the end of this document. Changes will be active within 2 business days.

To work properly our applications must necessarily create folders and files. All files created are located in the “Obione” folder, only the Cow-Notes application has its own folder named “cownotes”
We promise not to collect files stored on the device containing your data, such as calendar, photos, text messages or videos.
Some of our applications use voice recognition, the actions are voice-driven. To do this the use of the microphone of your device is essential.
We promise not to collect biometric data (voice …).
Some features of our applications require Internet access (backup / restore your data on our Cloud, search for updates …).
